Exchange or Returns

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please email us at givehavelove@purefolly.com.au

If an item arrives faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receipt of the order. Once you have done so, we will advise you of the returns process. Once the faulty item is received and verified as faulty, you will be offered a full refund. Any shipping costs incurred getting the product back to Pure Folly will be refunded.

Any refunds will be made to your credit card (via PayPal) or PayPal account.

If you change your mind on a purchased item within 14 days and would like to return an item, please email us at givehavelove@purefolly.com.au

Once you have done so, we will advise you of the returns process. All items being returned must be in a fully re-sellable condition. Original and undamaged packaging is also required.

Once the faulty item is received and verified as in a fully re-sellable condition, you will be offered a full refund. Any shipping costs incurred getting the product back to Pure Folly will not be refunded.

If for any reason a product you have ordered is unavailable or out of stock for an undetermined time, we will also offer you a refund via PayPal or offer you a store credit to the same value.
